KAISSA leads a major technical assistance mission for Expertise France and the French Development Agency (AFD) to support the reform of the Tunisian health system — improving organization, governance, and financing of healthcare delivery.

KAISSA supports national authorities and the European Commission in developing public–private partnerships and innovative models for health system modernization and social protection.
Hospital governance study – French Embassy
